Sysco Corp. is seeking a Senior Manager of Microsoft Collaboration Services to lead strategy, governance, and delivery for Microsoft 365 platforms including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.

You will guide modernization, security, and adoption while coordinating with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders globally. The role requires a seasoned leader to drive platform health, cost optimization, licensing governance, and Copilot readiness across Sysco's enterprise

Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms.
5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and technology services.
Experience managing large-scale Microsoft 365 environments and collaboration platforms.
Experience leading enterprise transformation, migration, or modernization initiatives.
Experience managing technology budgets, vendors, and strategic technology roadmaps.

Responsabilités

Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for Sysco's Microsoft Collaboration Services portfolio.
Develop multi-year plans for collaboration, AI adoption, and digital workplace transformation.
Establish governance, standards, and operating procedures for Microsoft 365 platforms.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and administrators.
Drive adoption and user experience improvements across the organization.
Oversee tenancy administration, service health, updates, and release management.
Lead platform integration during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
