• Own the full lifecycle of technology systems from prototype to production.
• Build Vue.js dashboards so Microsoft’s technology team stops asking engineers for numbers.
• Translate the make-it-better Active Listening outage into fixes that improve reliability.
• Lead the Growth Mindset migration to retire the legacy stack.
• Refactor the technology module Microsoft has been afraid to touch.
• Tune database queries and schemas for high-throughput workloads.
