Welch Equipment Company seeks a Lead Service Technician to coordinate repairs in the shop and in the field, schedule work with technicians, and ensure timely service delivery in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, an associate degree or higher preferred, strong verbal and written communication, and hands-on experience with maintenance, repair, and diagnostic software.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintenance and repair experience in direct industry sectors.

Responsibilities

• Daily coordination of shop and field repairs with technicians.
• Track spend on used sales preps and rental work in progress.
• Balance shop workload with field service needs.
• Support technicians to maximize chances of success.
• Complete S207 submissions.
• Other duties as assigned.
