Job summary

Amtrak is seeking a Lead Work Planning Coordinator to support track usage and workforce planning across the NEC portfolio. The role sits within the IP RC team in the Capital Delivery Department, reporting to the Visualization and Process group and focusing on schematic maps, visuals, and outage coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in project management, scheduling, and capital construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outages and align work with NEC master plan and construction schedule.
• Prepare and distribute planning visuals and ensure data accuracy for reporting.
• Maintain and updateSharePoint dashboards and planning materials for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to monitor readiness for milestones.
• Support safety and efficiency in planning and execution of outages.
