Job summary

Employee Relations Associates, Inc. is seeking a Lead Management Specialist to support sales operations by managing inbound and outbound leads, ensuring timely distribution and reliable reporting. Role is hybrid in Irving, TX or Tempe, AZ.

The position is contract for 3 months with potential extension and possible conversion to FTE. Schedule: Tue–Thu onsite; Mon & Fri remote; first month onsite 5 days/week. Strong CRM, Excel and data reporting skills required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in lead management or sales ops.
• Experience with CRM systems and data reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assign inbound and outbound sales leads to Merchant Services representatives.
• Monitor lead queues for timely distribution and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate lead assignment records and reporting.
• Review lead data for completeness before assignment.
• Balance lead distribution based on team capacity and needs.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to resolve workload issues.
• Track lead volume, assignment metrics, and aging.
• Identify system, routing, or lead-quality issues.
• Ensure lead assignments follow company policies.
• Support reporting and operational analytics.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Communicate effectively with sales and internal partners.
