LandTech Consultants, Inc. is seeking a GIS Analyst III to lead a team and drive digital twin integration for utilities. Hybrid in Westford, MA, you will guide project delivery, set standards, and stay hands-on with ArcGIS Pro and 3D workflows.

The role requires 5+ years in GIS with leadership or PM experience, strong ArcGIS proficiency, and experience migrating 3D Revit models to GIS to support facility operations and maintenance.

• Lead and mentor a team of GIS Analysts.
• Own project delivery for digital twin and utilities initiatives.
• Oversee migration of 3D Revit/BIM models into GIS for digital twin workflows.
• Set standards for data management across ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and 3D scenes.
• Partner with leadership, engineering, and operations to align GIS strategy with facility O&M goals.
