Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline.
• CPA preferred or candidate in progress.
• 4+ years in accounting, finance or related roles.
• Experience preparing financial statements and SEC reporting (10-Q/10-K).
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
• Regulated utility or energy sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation, review, and filing of SEC Form 10-Q and Form 10-K reports.
• Compile, organize, validate, and analyze financial information for internal and external reporting.
• Prepare financial analyses using historical, forecasted, and pro forma data.
• Assist with implementation of new accounting and financial reporting requirements.
• Analyze financial performance and develop reports for executives.
• Collaborate with regulatory and finance teams on reporting requirements.
