Job summary

The Foth Companies seeks a Lead Environmental Regulatory Specialist/Project Manager to manage environmental, regulatory, and coastal/waterfront construction projects across the Northeast. This hybrid role can be located in Green Bay, WI or other listed offices, with responsibilities spanning coordination of fieldwork, permitting, team leadership, client relationships, and technical reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in coastal, civil or structural engineering or environmental science or related field.
• 10+ years of related environmental engineering experience.
• Private-sector or government environmental/construction experience.
• Proven permit delivery experience at local, state and federal levels (MA/RI focus).
• Experience with EPA NPDES permits and local zoning/planning boards.
• Experience reviewing architectural/engineering plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple environmental, regulatory, and construction projects.
• Maintain knowledge of coastal/waterfront regulations and engage regulators.
• Lead projects involving docks, marinas, shoreline, and related works.
• Support business development and RFQ/RFP responses.
• Coordinate fieldwork, obtain regulatory approvals, and drive procurement.
• Maintain relationships with clients, government officials, and contractors.
• Participate in professional organizations and speaking engagements.
• Supervise preparation of environmental reports and assessments.
