Qualifications

• Professional doctorate with at least 7 years of relevant research experience.
• Proficiency in R or Python.
• Experience analyzing genomic, single-cell, spatial, proteomic, or clinical data.
• Record of independent research, publication, communication, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead computational studies using bulk, single-cell, spatial, proteomic, and clinical data.
• Develop and validate biomarkers and machine-learning models through integrated multi-omic and clinical analyses.
• Build and maintain reproducible R/Python workflows, code, and documentation.
• Prepare manuscripts, grants, reports, figures, and presentations and collaborate with multidisciplinary investigators.
• Mentor junior researchers and review their scientific work.
