You will partner with prescribers to ensure integrated care and participate in crisis interventions when required.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical social worker with NC licensure.
• Proven ability to conduct crisis interventions and provide empathetic care.
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy.
• Collaborate with prescribers and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed and ensure safety.
• Help patients define goals and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Use measurement-based care to track outcomes and inform care plans.
