Job summary

Geode Health is seeking a fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervising Therapist for the Durham, North Carolina market. You will diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across the general spectrum of care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate services.

This full-time role offers a hybrid work schedule with three days onsite and two days of telehealth, plus competitive compensation and professional development incentives.

Qualifications

• Licensed Therapist (LCSW) in the state of North Carolina.
• Participation in clinical supervision is required to meet state licensing board requirements for independent licensure.
• Passion for high quality care.
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments of clients and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Proficiency in using an EMR system and ensuring accurate and up-to-date electronic health records.
• Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
• Desire and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions.
• Geode prefers Therapist who bring over one year of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and do psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide care coordination and crisis intervention when needed.
• Partner with Prescriber to coordinate full spectrum psychiatric and therapeutic care.
