Job summary

Silver Linings Mental Health Counseling in Durham, NC seeks a licensed therapist to join a hybrid practice. You’ll split in-home and remote sessions with a caseload of 15–20 weekly, supported by a dedicated billing and credentialing team to let you focus on therapy.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, clinical excellence, and ongoing supervision by our Clinical Director, with flexible scheduling and access to a HIPAA-compliant EHR and teletherapy platform.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed as a Therapist with an unrestricted license.
• NPI number and CAQH profile; setup assistance provided.
• Teletherapy experience preferred but not required.
• Medicare will not accept Associates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial psychosocial assessments.
• Provide therapy for grief, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (SOAP notes).
