Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants (traffic engineers, surveyors, civil engineers).
• Manage land use files and correspondence; draft record comments.
• Review development codes and state/local requirements; analyze feasibility.
• Support completion of permitting and approval processes; maintain records.
