Sun Recruiting, Inc. presents a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney opportunity in Los Angeles, hybrid. The role involves handling wage-and-hour, PAGA, and class-action matters for a diverse client base within a premier labor and employment practice.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of substantive labor and employment experience, CA bar admission in good standing, and the ability to manage matters independently while collaborating in a team. Arbitration or trial experience is preferred.

Competenze

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• 4–7 years of substantive labor and employment law experience.
• Significant experience handling wage and hour, PAGA, and class actions in state and federal courts.
• Strong background advising employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Arbitration, mediation, or trial experience required.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating within a team.
• Comfortable with AI-driven technologies to boost efficiency and client service.

Mansioni

• Represent employers in wage and hour, PAGA, and class action litigation matters.
• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters, from inception through resolution.
• Advise clients on compliance with evolving California and federal employment laws.
• Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation filings.
• Participate in discovery, including depositions, document review, and preparation of discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, pleadings, and settlement documentation.
• Represent clients in disputes involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategic, practical solutions tailored to client needs.
