Client Growth Resources, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join a premier labor & employment practice.

Hybrid work model; excellent exposure to wage-and-hour, PAGA and class action matters for a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of substantive labor and employment experience, strong research and advocacy skills, and familiarity with AI-enabled workflows to improve client service.

Qualifications

• J.D. from a top-tier law school with excellent academics.
• California Bar admission in good standing.
• 4–7 years of substantive labor and employment law experience.
• Significant wage-and-hour, PAGA, and class action background.
• Advising employers on compliance with federal, state and local laws.
• Arbitration, mediation or trial experience required.
• Strong research, writing and advocacy skills.
• Ability to lead matters independently while collaborating in a team.
• Comfort with AI-driven tech to boost efficiency and client service.
• Prior large or sophisticated firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in wage-and-hour, PAGA and class-action matters.
• Handle diverse labor and employment litigation from start to resolution.
• Advise clients on evolving California and federal employment laws.
• Draft motions, briefs, memoranda and other filings.
• Participate in discovery, depositions and document review.
• Conduct research and prepare pleadings and settlement docs.
• Represent clients in disputes involving non-compete/non-solicitation.
• Collaborate to create practical solutions tailored to clients.
