Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing.
• 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience with wage and hour class actions, PAGA actions, and single-plaintiff claims.
• Arbitration, mediation, or trial experience is required.
• FEHA, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower matters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in labor and employment litigation matters.
• Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation filings.
• Participate in discovery, including depositions, document review, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research on wage/hour class actions, PAGA actions, and related statutes.
• Assist with case strategy, risk assessment, and litigation planning with senior attorneys.
• Support clients across industries on complex employment-related litigation.
