Job summary

MIT Lincoln Laboratory is seeking a Project Manager for a 3-year contract to oversee laboratory spaces and support in-laboratory and field data collection efforts. The role spans lab space management, hands-on experimental support, fielding execution, and group operations/facilities support.

The successful candidate will coordinate across multiple lab environments, manage logistics for in-house data collection, and travel to field deployments as needed, ensuring on-time delivery and quality

Qualifications

• Experience managing laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance and safety/compliance oversight.
• Experience executing data collections in laboratory or field settings with hardware integration.
• Experience coordinating field deployments and travel to field sites.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across lab operations, data collection and facilities support.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Experience maintaining complex hardware/software systems (CAREN).
• Five years of operating a CAREN system.
