• 2+ years of learning & development experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project management for learning programs, training initiatives, onboarding cohorts, events, and operational workstreams.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including learning architects, content developers, IT, digital teams, planners, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Support learning operations within LMS platforms, including training assignments, content updates, reporting, transcript analytics, and issue resolution.
• Build and optimize project management systems, workflows, templates, intake processes, SOPs, and centralized knowledge repositories.
• Leverage AI and productivity tools to improve process efficiency and communication.
