Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is required.
• 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor and subrecipient invoices and verify coding.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for CMS and state leadership.
• Support reconciliations across partner state and external agencies.
• Prepare adjusting entries for review and maintain audit-ready files.
• Assist with data entry, testing, and rollout of new financial systems.
