Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management or related fields.
• Experience with federal acquisition lifecycle concepts is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication for professional documents.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of integrated master schedules (IMS), Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), milestone trackers, action-item logs, and other project management artifacts.
• Analyze and document complex business and operational processes, workflows, organizational relationships, requirements, and decision-making procedures.
• Support development and implementation of PMO processes, governance frameworks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and organizational structures.
• Assist with developing, reviewing, and maintaining acquisition planning, program management, requirements, governance, and investment documentation.
• Author, edit, and maintain professional reports, executive briefings, decision papers, process documentation, meeting materials, and program management products.
