Qualifications

• Junior Project Business Analyst / Junior Project Manager / Junior Data Analyst.

• Industry knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Autonomous and structured in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document existing ServiceNow services, reports, and dashboards.
• Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports.
• Participate in project, reporting, and operational meetings.
• Support Power BI dashboards and continuous improvements.
• Analyze data for consistency, accuracy, and business relevance.
• Translate business needs into clear reporting requirements and KPIs.
• Contribute to ongoing reporting improvements and ad-hoc analyses.
