Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 months with possibility for extension

Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a junior, highly functional profile to support ongoing reporting and dashboarding activities. This role sits at the intersection of business, reporting, and data analysis, with a strong focus on ServiceNow and Power BI.

The new consultant will work closely with 2 other consultants, ensuring continuity of service and supporting day‑to‑day operational and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)

• Understand and document existing ServiceNow services, reports, and dashboards
• Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports
• Participate in project, reporting, and operational meetings
• Support Power BI dashboards and continuous improvements (with Florent)
• Analyze data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and business relevance
• Understand data meaning, business logic, and KPIs
• Translate business needs into clear reporting requirements and KPIs
• Contribute to ongoing reporting improvements and ad‑hoc analyses
