Job summary

PAE seeks an Entry-Level Plumbing Design Engineer to join our Seattle team in a hybrid office environment. You will learn to design and model plumbing and distribution systems, using Revit and AutoCAD, with mentorship from project leads.

The role builds practical expertise through project support, drawing reviews, and calculations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering, is an Engineer in Training or working toward it, and demonstrates analytical thinking, organization, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• EIT or ability to obtain EIT.
• Internship experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and model plumbing distribution systems under mentorship.
• Assist with drafting and documentation in Revit/AutoCAD.
• Support engineering distribution and plumbing design tasks.
• Learn to interpret drawings, codes, and standards.
• Contribute to project teams and construction administration.
• Perform mechanical calculations and simulations.
• Assist with layout design of plumbing systems.
