Job summary

3form in West Valley City, Utah is hiring a junior to mid-level full stack web developer to build and improve our website and ecommerce platform. This role blends frontend and backend work with a stronger emphasis on JavaScript UX and supporting Ruby on Rails.

You’ll work on customer-facing and internal tools including our website, storefront, checkout, account, and admin functionality, with four in-office days and one remote day per week.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills and experience building production web features.
• Working knowledge of Ruby on Rails or a comparable backend framework.
• Ability to meet the required hybrid schedule: four days per week in the West Valley City office.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve frontend features in JavaScript.
• Create clean, responsive, user-friendly interfaces matching designs provided by our in-house designers.
• Contribute to backend development in Ruby on Rails.
• Deliver reliable, well-tested features across the stack.
• Debug issues and improve application stability.
• Collaborate with a small team on product and platform improvements.
