You will build clean, responsive interfaces and contribute to Rails backend development, delivering well-tested features across the stack. With 1–3 years of experience, you’ll collaborate closely with designers and a small product team, and you may engage with React and Ruby on Rails in production.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional software development experience.
• Working knowledge of Ruby on Rails or a comparable backend framework.
• Comfort contributing to both frontend and backend code.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
• Ability to meet the required hybrid schedule: four days per week in the West Valley City office.

Responsibilities

• Create clean, responsive, user-friendly interfaces matching designs provided by our in-house designers.
• Contribute to backend development in Ruby on Rails.
