Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years of equity trading‑related experience.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets and investing.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to continuously expand trading knowledge.
• Strong initiative, accountability, and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible support across all areas of the equity trading desk as business needs and priorities evolve.
• Exercise sound judgment and professional confidence in independent execution of trading responsibilities.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and workflow enhancements.
• Maintain awareness of market developments, liquidity conditions, and cross‑asset activity.
• Contribute to new product launches and trading technology enhancements.
• Develop sector coverage communications in daily morning meetings.
• Support ETF trading mechanics and related activities.
• Build and manage relationships with broker‑dealers.
• Adhere to internal processes, policies, and controls.
