Responsabilidades

• Reconcile bank accounts daily and investigate discrepancies.

• Record sales receipts and process bill payments in NetSuite.
• Assist with the month-end closing process and related accounting activities.
• Process daily client remittances accurately and efficiently.
• Summarize financial transactions and prepare journal entries for the general ledger.
• Reconcile and verify balance sheet accounts for accuracy.
• Gather and organize supporting documentation for third-party audits.
• Contribute to financial reporting and daily accounting operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and follow established procedures.
• Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and support management objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
