Compass Group USA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Joint Ventures (Hybrid) to manage JV profit-split calculations, invoicing, and reporting with sector finance teams. You will lead monthly closes, budget/forecast analysis, and contract compliance while driving process improvements and automation.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 3+ years of accounting/finance experience, and strong communication skills. CPA/CPA Candidate is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of accounting/finance experience (public accounting and/or industry).
• Strong communication skills; ability to influence across teams.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Team player who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• MS Office proficiency; detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage joint venture profit-split calculations, monthly invoicing, payment schedules, and audits.
• Lead monthly close activities with journal entries and balance sheet analysis.
• Monitor contractual data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Prepare quarterly burden rate reconciliations for major client accounts.
• Review budgets, forecasts, and annual plans for assigned accounts.
• Drive process improvements and automation to boost efficiency and controls.
• Develop controls ensuring compliance with client contracts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Compass Group and finance leadership.
