The role emphasizes collaboration across business and technology teams, code reviews, and ongoing learning. On-site with hybrid flexibility, it offers a path to contract-to-hire and exposure to cutting-edge fintech projects.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 years of Java/J2EE development experience, preferably within the financial industry.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, Core Java, and JavaScript.
• Experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate, JPA, or MyBatis.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP Web Services, Microservices architecture, and JSON/XML data formats.
• Familiarity with source control/tools Bitbucket, SVN, or Perforce, and build tools such as Maven.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to design and develop scalable full-stack solutions.
• Implement and maintain microservices using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
• Engage in code reviews, testing, and CI to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Research and resolve complex technical issues independently, supporting team success.
