ADUSA Corporate Support in the United States is seeking a data-focused item setup specialist to ensure accurate item data across ADUSA Brands. You will collaborate with Category teams, Finance, Replenishment, and Shelf Merchandising to support go-to-market strategies, with a strong emphasis on data integrity and accurate descriptions, sizes, UPCs, and shipping data.

The role offers a hybrid work schedule with three in-person days at one of our core locations (Carlisle, PA or Quincy, MA) and two

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of retail principles.
• Strong attention to detail with data quality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Set-up of new items and maintenance of existing items across all ADUSA Brands.
• Maintain attributes: description, size, UPC, UOM, shipping data, store authorization, replenishment, distribution, scale data.
• Execute in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Perform quality assurance checks on processes and forms/submissions.
• Collaborate with Category associates during new item set-up and maintenance, including exceptions.
• Learn and use systems for item set-up and maintenance; support data integrity.
