Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA in Quincy, MA invites applicants for a data-driven item setup and maintenance role supporting ADUSA brands. You will collaborate with category teams, finance, replenishment, and shelf merchandising to ensure accurate item data and timely go-to-market execution.

The role features a hybrid schedule with three in-person days at one of our core offices (Quincy, MA or Carlisle, PA) and two remote days, 40 hours weekly, and travel up to 2% per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on data accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Set up new items and maintain existing items across all ADUSA Brands.
• Maintain attributes: description, size, UPC, UOM, shipping data, store authorization.
• Execute in accordance with established service level agreements.
• Project work as assigned.
• Perform quality assurance checks on processes and forms/submissions.
• Ensure consistent submission of new items and maintenance forms for data integrity.
• Guide Category staff in set-up/maintenance, including exceptions.
• Troubleshoot item set-up/maintenance issues via company ticketing per SLA.
• Learn systems used to set up and maintain items.
• Position requires use of a computer/laptop all day.
• Hybrid schedule: 40 hours; in-office Tue/Wed mandatory; 3rd day optional; 2 remote days.
• Travel up to 2% (1–2 times per year).
• Additional duties as needed.
