Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years in systems administration, Item Life Cycle management, MDM, or data maintenance.
• 3+ years leading teams in retail, operations, or data management.
• Strong knowledge of Item Life Cycle processes and data governance.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and plan Item Life Cycle activities to meet objectives.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard full-time and contract staff.
• Facilitate system access, training, and process documentation.
• Develop policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
• Oversee data collection, entry, and compliance with regulations.
• Represent Item Life Cycle with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Provide updates on team accomplishments and responsibilities.
• Submit improvements for IT backlog and participate in backlog discussions.
• Contribute to system projects and QA tool development.
• Serve as escalation point and perform post-incident analysis.
