You will lead procurement strategies across software, SaaS, hardware, cloud services, and professional services, driving cost efficiency and process improvements for the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement and strategic sourcing, focused on IT products and services.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to secure favorable terms and savings.
• Experience reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts, renewals, and amendments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across IT and business units.
• Proficiency with ERP and procurement software and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT sourcing strategies for software, SaaS, hardware, cloud, and services.
• Facilitate RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and supplier evaluations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, statements of work, and renewals.
• Consolidate suppliers and contracts to improve pricing.
• Conduct spend analysis, market research, and benchmarking.
• Support supplier performance management and relationships.
• Create and process purchase requisitions and orders per policy.
• Manage contract amendments, change orders, and closeouts.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Legal, Finance, and suppliers.
• Support procurement reporting and metrics.
