Job summary

Cardinal-Scale-Manufacturing,-Co in Webb City, MO is seeking an IT Solutions Developer for a hybrid role that blends technical support with software development. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, design and implement applications, and contribute to IT infrastructure projects to improve security and performance.

The role requires a mix of hands-on IT support, coding in VB.NET, C#, PowerShell, and HTML, plus strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience in technical support role
• 2+ years of experience in software development
• Experience with network management and security practices is a plus
• Knowledge of automation tools and scripting is preferred
• Previous experience in a hybrid IT support and development role is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks for performance and security.
• Document IT processes and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing with the IT team.
• Provide updates to managers/users via voicemail, email or in-person communication.
• Provide in-person and remote IT support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system.
• Assist in installation, maintenance, and licensing of software.
• Troubleshoot IT infrastructure equipment including servers, network devices, printers, and conference rooms.
• Create and manage user accounts and groups in Active Directory.
• Develop, test, and maintain software applications as needed.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code and SQL queries.
