Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Solution Architect to design and implement architecture aligning with business goals, guiding IT teams, and updating stakeholders on system strategies. You will ensure security, scalability, and adherence to budgets while selecting technologies and overseeing implementations.

The role requires strong communication, SAP architecture experience, and a broad IT background with cloud and API expertise. Hybrid work and travel between MA/CT/NH are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education and work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience related to IT Management or other information technology solutions architecture role.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience related to SAP architecture (S4 or SAP RISE preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate the complexities of technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Reviews business context for solutions to company challenges and defines the solution vision and requirements, recommending options and roadmaps.
• Communicates the architecture to stakeholders and collaborates with other architects and engineers on IT standards.
• Champions a structured approach to business application solutions from selection to development and implementation.
