Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience troubleshooting computer systems.
Proficient knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems including Windows server OS.
Proficient understanding of the Microsoft Office suite with a focus on Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams.
Microsoft Exchange, Azure Active Directory, and Intune administrators.
Cisco phone and voicemail administrators.
Excellent proficiency in mobile phone troubleshooting in all makes and models.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
ITIL best practices; CompTIA A+ or ITIL certs are a plus.
Foreign language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as single point of contact for efficient resolution of technical issues; provide customer service.
Support attorneys, staff and clients on firm computer systems across regions; 24/7/365 coverage.
Provide in-office and remote technical support via phone, email, and chat.
Coordinate with other engineers to escalate and resolve complex outages.
Log issues in IT service management database with accurate details.
Mentor and train other Service Operation Specialists; be SME for core applications.
Maintain up-to-date documentation on technical configurations and security practices.
Assist with travel to trials sites or new office openings as needed.
