Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst in Skokie, IL. This full-time, hybrid role provides frontline L1 IT support for patients using MyChart and for staff using IT resources, handling tickets and calls through ITSM and phone systems.

You will stay current with solutions and best practices while advocating standard industry approaches. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required or equivalent.
• 1+ year in a customer-facing role.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and ChromeOS.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication to interact with customers.
• Solid information processing fundamentals and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Strong domain knowledge and interpersonal skills.
• Personal and ethical accountability.
• Experience in a technical 24x7 call center environment.
• Knowledge of Epic or other EHR software packages preferred.
• Computer technical certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to internal and external users via telephone, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Escalate to higher-level support when needed and dispatch appropriately.
• Manage incoming user requests using help desk software.
• Deliver professional, courteous, timely customer service via phone and remote tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
