Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst in Skokie, IL. The role provides front line IT support across the system, handling calls for patients using MyChart and staff using IT resources. The position is full-time and hybrid, with varied shifts to cover evenings and weekends as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a customer-facing role, solid communication skills, and familiarity with Windows, MacOS, ChromeOS, and ITSM tooling. Epic/EHR knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• 1+ year in a customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and ChromeOS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Epic or other EHR software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT support for patients and employees via phone, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Triage and escalate tickets to appropriate teams; dispatch as needed.
• Manage incoming user requests and document cases in the case management system.
• Offer professional, courteous, timely support using remote tools.
• Collaborate with Information System Support for higher-level issues.
