Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) in Sunnyvale, CA, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead Supply Chain IT initiatives within the Lead-to-Cash program. The role demands managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk for enterprise-scale deployments across platforms and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business; master's degree an asset.
• 8+ years of IT project or program management experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise-scale, cross-functional delivery.
• Experience delivering Supply Chain, ERP, or Lead-to-Cash / order management platform implementations or migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Supply Chain IT projects within the L2C program, covering scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, risk, and quality.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans spanning quoting, ordering, and fulfillment workstreams, and manage dependencies with platform migration, data, and integration teams.
• Drive day-to-day execution rhythm — stand-ups, sprint and release planning, status reporting, steering committee updates, and decision logs.
• Manage supplier and systems-integrator partners against agreed statements of work, milestones, and service levels.
• Own the RAID register; elevate blockers early with clear options and recommendations.
