Medical Mutual is seeking IT Security Specialist I–IV in Dublin, OH for hybrid work. You will help manage access controls, risk assessment, and security operations while supporting audits and corporate certifications.

Role progression covers increasing responsibility from I to IV with focused policy enforcement, project coordination, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to safeguard systems and data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 1 year of relevant IT experience.
• CRISC and CISSP certifications preferred.
• Understanding of security policy enforcement and audit controls.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with user requests to ensure appropriate accesses and audit controls.
• Reviews projects related to Development, Servers and Network resources for risk.
• Supports security initiatives and maintains corporate certification programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
