Mount Sinai is seeking an IT Project Manager II for a hybrid role with an onsite expectation in the tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT). You will lead and coordinate multiple complex projects, allocating staff and budgets while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships beyond IT.

You will work closely with top management to steer project plans, monitor time and budget, negotiate with clients and vendors, and apply robust project management methodologies.

Qualifikationen

• Eight years of diverse experience in multiple areas of technology with at least four years in a leadership position; at least five years supervising technical staff.
• Requires solid project management skills; ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.
• PMP is preferred and healthcare experience is preferred.

• Review and evaluate project plans and objectives to ensure alignment with scope, time, and budget.
• Track project progress and communicate status to senior management; adjust schedules as needed.
• Negotiate with clients, staff, and vendors; establish quality and performance targets.
• Apply proven project management methodologies and control techniques to projects.
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning and implement plans when necessary.
• Prepare staff performance evaluations and manage staffing for projects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.
