Job summary

APR Consulting in Rosemead, CA is seeking an IT Project Manager for a hybrid onsite role (Tue & W). The position oversees the full technology workstream with coordination across product vendors, service vendors, and internal business partners.

The ideal candidate will develop and maintain a detailed project plan in Microsoft Project, drive progress across multiple teams, and deliver weekly status updates to operations and management. 18+ month duration with a 1st shift schedule.

Qualifications

• IT Project Management Skills, Process Management, Familiarity with client’s processes.
• Very Good communication, Proactiveness and Ability to work independently.
• Minimum Years of Experience: 7 – 12

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full technology workstream, coordinating across product vendors, service vendors, and internal business partners.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan in Microsoft Project, coordinating progress across multiple teams and technology domains.
• Provide Weekly Status reports at regular intervals to both Operational team and Management.
• Coordinate activities related to Service Transition Planning & Support, as well as the Quality Design and Architecture Review Team processes.
