Job summary

SHI International Corp. is hiring a Senior Program Manager to design, implement, and manage IT programs that support organizational goals.

You will lead initiatives for project delivery, process optimization, and stakeholder communication, acting as a change agent and mentor within the team. This role reports to the Somerset, NJ office on a hybrid basis and may require travel to SHI, partner, and customer events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of information technology experience.
• 7+ years in a project or program manager role.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events (10%).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage IT programs across departments.
• Promote best practices and act as a change agent.
• Lead IT project delivery, resource management, and process optimization.
• Serve as primary contact for project escalation and issue resolution.
• Develop communication strategies aligning stakeholders with objectives and practices.
• Mentor program team members and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure integration with strategic initiatives like digital transformation and cybersecurity.
