The Georgia Department of Administrative Services is seeking an IT Enterprise Bus Analyst Supervisor to lead a team of Business Analysts. You will oversee end-user support, release management, and process optimization across P-Card, requisitions, and catalogs. The role requires strong supervisory, analytical, and communication skills and will coordinate with vendors and business leaders to deliver enterprise procurement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, IS, Business, CS or related field.
• Experience supervising Business Analysts, application teams, product teams, or other technology professionals.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise application initiatives with planning, milestones, and risk tracking.
• Experience leading release management, application enhancements, process optimization, testing, integrations, or issue resolution.
• Experience supporting enterprise procurement applications and working with business leaders, vendors, and technical teams (P-Card, supplier management, sourcing, contracts, catalogs).

Responsabilités

• Manage a team of Business Analysts handling end-user support, release management, and application enhancements.
• Create executable work plans with scope, milestones, risks, and completion criteria.
• Supervise staff with goals, delegation, and coaching.
• Document requirements, evaluate system behavior, and analyze data flows and dependencies.
• Develop test plans, test cases, UAT, and defect tracking for new or changed functionality.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and complete initiatives.
• Maintain status reports, risks, and documentation for progress tracking.
• Ensure user guides and training materials are ready before deployment.
