Job summary

Oriental Bank seeks an Advisor, Information Technology (Application / Product Owner) to own lifecycle management of digital platforms and customer-facing tech solutions. You will define product vision, manage roadmaps, and prioritize backlogs to enhance customer experience, security, and digital transformation.

Collaboration with Digital Banking, Information Security, Architecture, and delivery teams is essential to translate priorities into actionable solutions and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years in Product Management/Product Ownership/Business Analysis in financial services is preferred.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, backlog management, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering customer-facing technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain product roadmaps, priorities, and strategic plans.
• Define product vision, goals, and release priorities.
• Translate business objectives into actionable requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive alignment.
• Oversee platforms including authentication, enrollment, and agent desktops.
• Prioritize backlogs and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Define KPIs and monitor performance for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and support AI, automation, and self-service initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to align roadmaps.
