Oriental Bank seeks an Advisor, Information Technology (Application / Product Owner) to own digital platforms, define product vision, manage roadmaps, and align with customer experience, security, and regulatory requirements.

The role operates in a hybrid setting, collaborating with Digital Banking, Information Security, Architecture, and external vendors to deliver measurable business value and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Customer Experience, Digital Banking, or related disciplines.
• Financial services experience preferred; Product Owner, Agile, Scrum, Product Management or related certifications desirable.
• Experience in Agile environments, backlog and user story management, release planning, and lifecycle management.
• Experience delivering customer-facing technology solutions and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain product roadmaps, priorities, and strategic plans.
• Define product vision, goals, success metrics, and release priorities.
• Translate objectives into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Partner with stakeholders as the primary point of contact for product activities.
• Oversee platforms including authentication, enrollment, profile/password management, and agent desktop experiences.
• Prioritize backlogs and participate in Agile ceremonies and UAT.
• Define KPIs and monitor performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate AI, automation, and omnichannel initiatives for value realization.
• Coordinate with vendors and delivery teams to align roadmaps and implementations.
• Ensure products comply with banking regulations, security standards, and data privacy.
