Job summary

Fidelity National Financial in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an IT Policy Analyst to join our Corporate IT Compliance team. You will help administer and maintain governance documents, analyze information technology and security compliance requirements, and support policy change processes.

You will lead meetings with stakeholders, prepare reports and KPIs, and stay current with frameworks like NIST, ITIL, and NYDFS to ensure rigorous adherence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field.
• Ability to actively listen, lead meetings, and mediate conversations across departments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of Policies, Risks, Processes, Controls in IT context.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks such as NIST, ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and lead IT policy review meetings with stakeholders.
• Support the internal document management system and track workflows.
• Track and gather approvals for publication of IT Governance Documents.
• Write, edit, and distribute policy change bulletins per enterprise process.
• Analyze compliance requirements and identify gaps across policy corpus.
