Job summary

FNF is seeking an IT Policy Analyst to join the Corporate IT Compliance Department in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on administering and maintaining the Technology and Security Policy Governance Program, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and organizing IT/document controls.

The position requires collaboration across departments, testing and updating governance documents, and reporting KPIs to IT Compliance Management. Onsite/hybrid work in Jacksonville is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and lead IT policy review meetings with stakeholders.
• Support document management by testing, recording, and tracking workflows.
• Gather approvals for IT governance publications and track progress.
• Draft and distribute policy change bulletins per enterprise processes.
• Review change requests and update IT/ISO governance documents.
• Analyze compliance requirements and QA IT/security policy corpus.
• Stay updated on frameworks like NIST, NYDFS, ITIL and related standards.
• Produce compliance/status reports and present to IT Compliance Management.
