Frontline Insurance is seeking an IT Risk Analyst I to help strengthen our risk posture. You will support IT risk assessments, respond to audits, evaluate third‑party vendors, and help implement IT risk management standards.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication. We offer a hybrid work model, comprehensive health benefits, a 401(k) with match, and four weeks of PTO.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in IT risk management, information security, or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver responses to internal and external IT audits and state examinations.
• Support IT Risk Assessment processes.
• Evaluate third-party vendors for IT risk and security posture via Vendor Risk Assessments.
• Monitor KRIs and support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting.
• Develop and maintain IT risk management policies, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to assess controls and incident response plans.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery planning, and incident management activities.
• Promote adoption of IT risk management standards and frameworks (ISO, COBIT, NIST).
• Identify and evaluate risk/impacts for processes and technologies.
• Educate internal teams on audit principles and execution.
