Job summary

Donnelly- is seeking an experienced IT/OT Project Manager to lead high-impact projects in Transmission and Distribution SCADA within a electric utility setting. You will combine PM expertise with hands-on OT/SCADA knowledge, ensuring NERC CIP compliance and coordination with operations, cybersecurity, and engineering teams.

You will drive hardware deployments, software upgrades, network modifications, system integrations, and commissioning activities, maintaining reliability and safety standards

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PM experience in electric utility environments.
• 10+ years managing OT/SCADA projects.
• Experience delivering Transmission/Distribution SCADA environments.
• NERC CIP requirements and compliance controls experience.
• Experience through active NERC CIP audits/compliance cycles.
• Strong IT vs OT understanding, reliability, safety, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to closeout per IT EPMO Stage Gate.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate IT/OT deployments for SCADA/utility ops.
• Shape technical vision, architecture, and roadmaps.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigations.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on RFPs, SOWs, vendors.
• Prepare progress reports and steering committee materials.
• Ensure documentation and Stage Gate scorecards are complete.
• Ensure compliance with NERC CIP standards and controls.
• Work with SCADA engineers, operations, cybersecurity, and executives.
